Condition Before Treatment

The patient presented with multiple missing teeth in both the upper and lower arches. The remaining teeth also had functional limitations, affecting chewing efficiency and the overall dental arch.

Before treatment, the dentist performed a comprehensive oral examination and reviewed diagnostic X-rays to evaluate the remaining teeth, jawbone condition, and potential implant positions before developing an individualized treatment plan.

All-on-4 Full-Mouth Implant Treatment Planning

Following the clinical assessment, a fixed All-on-4 full-arch rehabilitation was planned for both the upper and lower arches.

The treatment utilized 4 NeoBiotech dental implants per arch to provide support for the full-arch fixed prostheses.

Full-mouth implant planning involves several important considerations, including bone quality and quantity, implant positioning, bite forces, the relationship between the upper and lower jaws, and the space available for prosthetic design. These factors are evaluated individually to develop an appropriate treatment plan for each patient.

Treatment Details

Temporary Teeth Within 24 Hours*

Following implant placement, temporary teeth were provided within 24 hours in this case, allowing the patient to have a temporary fixed restoration during the healing and implant integration period before proceeding to the next stage of the planned prosthetic treatment.

Temporary teeth within 24 hours are not suitable for every patient. Eligibility depends on factors such as implant stability, bone condition, oral health, bite forces, and the dentist’s clinical assessment of each individual case.

Hybrid All-Acrylic Bridge Reinforced with an Internal Metal Bar

This case was restored with a Hybrid All-Acrylic Bridge reinforced with an internal Metal Bar as part of the full-arch implant rehabilitation.

The dentist evaluated tooth shape and alignment, bite relationship, and the relationship between the upper and lower arches to design the prostheses according to the individual treatment plan and functional requirements of the patient.

Before & After Dental X-Rays

The pre-treatment X-ray was used to evaluate the condition of the remaining teeth and jawbone structure and to assist in planning the positions of the dental implants before treatment.

The post-treatment X-ray shows 4 NeoBiotech dental implants in the upper arch and 4 NeoBiotech dental implants in the lower arch, providing the implant foundation for the full-arch restorations in this case.

Treatment Outcome

Following All-on-4 rehabilitation of both the upper and lower arches, the patient received fixed full-arch prostheses to replace the missing teeth.

Tooth position, alignment, and bite were designed according to the patient’s individualized treatment plan.

The before-and-after photographs demonstrate changes in the dental arch and smile, while the post-treatment X-ray shows the positions of the dental implants and associated structures following treatment.
